The Basics
Our “Which Weigh?” publication and the BODYWORKS curriculum are the perfect ingredients for addressing obesity in adolescents.
The 10-week program or intensive eight-hour session is designed to help adolescents and their caregivers improve eating and activity habits. The curriculum provides hands-on tools to make small, specific behavior changes to prevent obesity and help maintain a healthy weight.
