Dear Potential Member:
Founded in 1979 with a generous gift from Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Goettsche, the mission of The Women’s Fund is to provide Houston area women and girls with the tools they need to become advocates for their health.
The Women’s Fund supplies significant support to women by disseminating information, offering learning opportunities and highlighting educational resources. Through these avenues, women can begin to take charge of their own bodies and understand ways to improve their health. Every year The Women’s Fund distributes over 20,000 free health publications, in English and Spanish, and educates nearly 1,000 women of all ages through seminars and classes.
"We want everyone in Houston to have the opportunity to support our mission by becoming a member." |
Please join us in supporting this vital resource in our city. As a member you will receive special membership pricing at our three annual educational seminars, copies of our newsletter, and invitations to all our fundraising and outreach activities, including an invitation-only membership event hosted at one of our generous supporter’s elegant home. Please accept our heartfelt thanks for your participation! Additionally if you have any questions about The Women’s Fund call the office to visit with our staff.
