Resiliency and Health Classes
“What Are the Facts?” health education seminars and curriculum-based classes are provided free of charge to the community, with specialized programming for marginalized women.

The curriculum-based classes include a minimum of six three-hour session at least 1 ½ hours in length and one time classes will be provided in 1-hour sessions.
The materials for the classes include our own publications and a corresponding curriculum to address the following issues:

- Resiliency Skills
- Emotional Health
- Basic Women’s Health Concerns

- Dental Hygiene
- Keeping Track Of Your Medical Records
- Advocating for Your Health
